Hi,

My contract with current Landlord expires in Feb and I'm looking for for a new place to move into. Looking for a house share with no more than 4 people or 1 bedroom flat. Preferred locations are Town centre, Caversham or Earley. Looking house-share in the range of £275-£350 and 1 Bed apt in the range of £450 - £500

I'm a non-smoking professional.
